燃气过滤器广泛用于冶金、化工、石油、造纸、医药、食品、采矿、电力、城市、家庭等用气领域。燃气过滤器是输送介质管道上不可缺少的一种装置,通常安装在减压阀、泄压阀、流量计、定位阀或其它设备的进口端,用来消除介质中的杂质,以保护阀门及设备的正常使用,减少设备维护费用。当流体进入置有滤芯的过滤器后,其杂质被滤芯阻挡,而清洁的滤气则由过滤器出口排出,当需要清洗时,只要把滤筒拆开,将滤芯取出,清洗后重新装入即可,因此,燃气过滤器使用维护方便。

Gas filter is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, medicine, food, mining, electric power, city, home and other gas fields. The gas filter is an indispensable device on the medium pipeline. It is usually installed at the inlet end of the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, flowmeter, positioning valve or other equipment to eliminate the impurities in the medium, protect the normal use of the valve and equipment, and reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment. When the fluid enters the filter with a filter element, its impurities are blocked by the filter element, and the clean filter gas is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, just disassemble the filter cartridge, take out the filter element, and then install it again after cleaning. Therefore, the use and maintenance of the gas filter is convenient.

  安装注意事项
 
       
 
  1. 1、燃气过滤器通常应安装在调压器之前,且必须根据其上标明的气体流动方向安装;
  2. 2、燃气过滤器是由可洗的合成材料组成,安装过滤器要注意盖子能够方便地打开,便于清洁和检查; 
  3. 3、燃气过滤器可以安装在水平和垂直的管道上,不要把过滤器安装在不稳固的基础上; 
  4. 4、在检修之前,请您务必确认燃气过滤器内没有燃气之后,将过滤网卸下,用相应的洗涤剂清洗,然后自然风干,再重新安装。
  5. 5、安装完毕后,必须做密封性检验。 通气时,瞬间气量不宜过大。

1. The gas filter should be installed in front of the pressure regulator and must be installed according to the gas flow direction indicated on it;
2. The gas filter is composed of washable synthetic materials. When installing the filter, the cover should be opened easily to facilitate cleaning and inspection.
3. The gas filter can be installed on the horizontal and vertical pipeline, do not install the filter on the unstable foundation
4. Before maintenance, please make sure that there is no gas in the gas filter. After that, remove the filter screen, clean it with corresponding detergent, then dry it naturally, and then re install it.
5. After installation, the sealing test must be done. During ventilation, the instantaneous air volume should not be too large.

 
   
       
 
  维护保养
 
       
 

1.日常维护、保养
a、经常保持设各表面清洁。
b、设备停车时,应及时按规定对快开盲板 (法兰盖)的各个转动进行润滑,开闭部位的丝杠,应涂润滑油脂. 其它部位也尽量涂润滑油脂. 对于无法涂润滑油脂的部位,可注 10#或20#机油。
2. 运行时的维护、保养
a、建议由操作者负责设备平时的维护保养.
b、经常保持设备表面清洁。
c、随时监测差压计读数,当使用压差达到0.O2Mpa时,
应冲洗滤芯。
3. 检验周期
1) 本设备的定期检验必须严格按照“容规”第六章的有关规定进行。
2) 每年至少对本设备进行一次全面检验、设备壁厚的测虽,每两年对设备的承压焊缝进行无损检测。所有的检验、检测结果,应记入设备的技术挡案。
3) 设备内部有压力时. 不得进行任何维修。对于特殊情况下的维修. 必须严格遵守“容规”第 122条的规定进行。
4. 长期停放时的维修保养
1) 本设备长期停放时. 应将设备内液体排净。
2) 关闭所有阀门。
3) 将设备表面彻底清理干净。
4) 所有转动部位涂防油脂。
5) 用帆布将设备全部盖上,防止尘垢沉积在设备表面。

过滤器选型需提供的参数:过滤介质、最大使用压力与口径。

1. Daily maintenance
a. Always keep the surfaces clean.
b. When the equipment is shut down, each rotation of the quick opening blind plate (flange cover) shall be lubricated in time according to the regulations. The lead screw at the opening and closing parts shall be coated with lubricating grease. Other parts shall also be coated with lubricating grease as far as possible. For parts that cannot be coated with lubricating grease, 10 # or 20 # oil can be injected.
2. Maintenance during operation
a. It is suggested that the operator should be responsible for the normal maintenance of the equipment
b. Always keep the surface of equipment clean.
c. Monitor the reading of the differential pressure gauge at any time. When the differential pressure reaches 0.o2mpa,
The filter element should be flushed.
3. Inspection cycle
1) The regular inspection of the equipment must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter VI of the "capacity regulation".
2) Carry out comprehensive inspection and wall thickness measurement for the equipment at least once a year, and carry out non-destructive testing for pressure bearing welds of the equipment every two years. All inspection and test results shall be recorded in the technical file of the equipment.
3) No maintenance is allowed when there is pressure inside the equipment. For the maintenance under special circumstances, it is necessary to strictly comply with the provisions of Article 122 of the "capacity regulation".
4. Long term maintenance
1) When the equipment is parked for a long time, the liquid in the equipment should be drained.
2) Close all valves.
3) Clean the surface of the equipment thoroughly.
4) Apply anti grease to all rotating parts.
5) Cover the equipment with canvas to prevent dust from depositing on the surface of the equipment.
